I received a photo of my boyfriends husky Bandit. While yes I did receive “proof” of the painting I was under the intention that maybe it was a digital rough draft of the dog. I looked at many reviews and saw sooo many detailed painting and when I received the portrait it looked very minimal. While yes i am realizing that i may have gave an awkward photo of the dog itself, the actual painting just looks very off and not finished. I appreciate the work and time that was taken into the painting but I just had higher expectations and more detail go into the portrait.

This seller is misleading you.
It's not that the picture won't turn out cute, or that the customer service isn't friendly (when they respond one message a day) it's the fact that the art is NOT HAND DRAWN. IT IS, WITHOUT A DOUBT AI GENERATED. After multiple revisions I am 100% certain. Real artists don't offer unlimited revisions for free when labor, time and resources are involved.
After the very first proof was sent I asked for a refund only to be told an artist had already been commissioned but that I could have it redone with a different artist as many times as I wanted.
I even submitted the pictures to an AI tool to analyze if it was hand drawn or AI and it broke down exactly why it's not possible it was drawn by hand and specific AI tells.
These proofs were supposedly done by 2 separate artists… you can see what I mean
