My friend's dog passed away earlier this year and I wanted a cute portrait either for her room or office. The artist was able to combine 3 pictures into 1 portrait which was beautiful when I saw the proof. And when my friend was accidentally sent the incorrect portrait, the seller acted quickly and got her the correct portrait in just a couple of days.
I was sent someone else's order with a drawing of a dog that is not mine. This was supposed to be a gift for my brother whose dog passed away suddenly and I was going to give it to him at my wedding this weekend. Unfortunately I am left without a gift and am very sad about this mixup. I have ordered from them 3 times but I likely won't be ordering again because of this. I'm just happy I opened the package because god forbid he opened it and had to deal with looking at someone else's dog.
