adorable! i don't have a frame yet so im uploading the digital copy of my print (i did order a physical print though). i didn't receive a text when it was ready, it was an etsy message, but i was still notified to be able to view and edit my print if needed before okaying it. it shipped in a reasonable time and i opened it christmas morning with my dog. so cute! my dog has brindle striped fur which can be hard to get right, but they did a great job. i also asked them to use one photo for the body but a different photo i liked her ears better in, and they combined the photos perfectly. would recommend for sure!

I didn't give a great reference photo the first time around, so my suggestion would be to choose your reference photo carefully.
