How long does a portrait take?
Our standard turnaround is 4–6 days from order to digital proof. Rush processing (2 days) is available as an add-on at checkout.
Can I request changes to my painting?
Yes — as many revisions as you need. Nothing ships without your written approval. We have never sent a portrait a customer wasn’t happy with.
What if I don’t have a great photo?
Send us what you have. Our artists are experienced at working with imperfect photos. If there’s a problem, we’ll tell you before we start.
Do you do bulk or business orders?
Yes — realtors, corporate gifting, vet clinics, and event planners all work with us. Email us directly and we’ll set up a custom arrangement.
