Once the artwork is ready we'll send you the preview of the artwork by email. You can request revisions or approve the artwork. We offer unlimited revisions. If you are not 100% satisfied with your custom artwork, we'll either revise the painting or repaint if necessary. Once you are 100% satisfied with your painting and give us your approval we'll ship out your.

If your order arrives damaged, please send us the photo of the damaged item. We'll redo the artwork and ship out at no cost to you.
