I had this made for a friend and the artist captured the cat's likeness perfectly. I requested that a change was made on the first draft and the result was spot on. Seller was lovely and communicative - would definitely recommend!
They worked to make adjustments to the paintings so it looked even more like my cats.
This watercolor portrait of Roux was a gift for my daughter on her birthday. When she opened the gift and saw it was through she was so shocked and surprised and very much happy with how it turned out. She said it was the best gift ever. I’m very happy with the quality and the exactness from the photo that I sent. I even requested that her toy lizard would be included and that she has green eyes. All of my request was granted and I couldn’t be happier with this product. Thank you so much for making my daughter‘s birthday a happy one.

The worst part is the customer service. I paid the $40 for the video of the drawing I would receive. The video that came in was not only far away, but also of the wrong picture. The final “still” in the video was of a picture not being drawn in the video. When I brought this up to customer service, they refused to refund or send a video of the drawing I paid for. They said to not expect the drawing you receive.
Even with multiple photos, expect to write out a description like it is an AI prompt. The first “proof” sent did not have the paws like the cat in the videos. After writing back about the paws and resending photos, only 1 paw was fixed. When the 2nd proof was sent, the chest was then missing the white hair.
During shipping the package came in an envelope that could have been sealed, but was left unsealed and open.
