What's your turnaround time?

Our normal artwork creation time is 5-7 days (usually faster). We also have 2-day priority processing option if you are in a rush.

Shipping time:

Within U.S: 3-6 days
International: 6-18 days

In average, our customers receive their order about 10-14 days after submitting photos.

If you need your order arrived before certain date, don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to deliver your order on time for your special occasions.

Yes, we can combine multiple photos into one painting. If you have separate photos of people/pets and the house we can paint them together.

In most cases, we are able to naturally merge photos. If you're unsure about the quality of your photo, please contact us.

Yes, once the artwork is ready we'll email you the proof.

The portrait I ordered turned out as expected The detail was spot on for the one dog I worried about getting done for my daughter. What's cray my daughter suprised me with the same gift of my beloved Lola dog and she had a not so good experience she showed me what was originally done and paid for and it was horrible I would've been insulted if it was gifted to me honestly. And they did not get refunded 100 percent. Luckily and thankfully I needed no revisions to what I ordered and we were all happy with it
