I have been very disappointed with not only the quality of the artwork itself, but also the customer service of Riverry. The artwork that they provided not only did not look like my reference photo, but also did not match the photos on their website or reviews. I wrote them with my concerns and they said that it was because I chose minimal over more detailed and asked me to pay more. After spending over $200, this "premium product" did look that great or different from the old artwork, nor did it match the quality of the art in their reviews. They were also not easy to communicate with, mistaking which artwork was the most recent proof, and unwilling to issue even a partial refund for the major dissatisfaction.

The hand-crafted replication is amazing, turning a photograph of such a significant moment into a work of art more beautiful than the original! I could not be happier! If you are wanting to include the background of your photograph, make sure you select the add-on, as it is a lot more work for the artist to include the background but it's so worth it!
