Quality of the item was exactly as i would hoped. A great way to commemorate a lost pet. The sellers were super sweet and provided a proof to make sure it was crafted the way i wanted it to be. My only issue which isnt related to the seller is the shipping company. They threw the package at my door and of course I ordered a frame. Luckily it's still in tact and nothing is broken. Otherwise, i would definitely purchase again in the future and am recommending to my friends. Thank you!!
